Liquid colours are perfect for adding colour to your royal icing, buttercream or cake mixes to create pretty coloured cakes. For pretty, pastel shades, use sparingly in icing and cake mixes and if a brighter and more contemporary look is what you are after, add more liquid colour to your mix.
